Service Providers

As per Regulation C. which defines that guest access to the Club and to the docks be accompanied by the Member. An exception can be made for pre-registered Service Providers. All Service Providers are required to check in with the Front Office to obtain (and return) a gate key to access the docks.


  • Individual (Exempted Service-Provider Agreement)

    • Individual (Exempted Service-Provider Agreement)

      Individual (Exempted Service-Providers) are "Paid Uninsured Help" (those that choose not to be covered by either WorkSafeBC or to maintain 3rd party liability insurance).

      • They are allowed only to work on members’ vessels in the water, and restricted to cleaning, polishing and detailing
      • They must sign an exemption form at the Club office and provide you with proof they have done so
      • The exemption form must be filled out annually

      Please note: only qualified members and staff can operate the elevator and hoists.

  • Company (WCB Coverage & 3rd Liability Insurance Provided)

    • Company (WCB Coverage & 3rd liability insurance provided)

      Companies are considered "Paid Insured Help," which means they must have WorkSafeBC coverage and maintain 3rd party liability insurance.

      • They are allowed to work on members’ vessels either in the water or on Club property, including on the elevator (when properly operated and secured by a qualified member and/or staff)
      • They must sign an authorization at the Front Office that allows them to work anywhere on Club property or on vessels to complete higher risk tasks, and they must provide you with proof of authorization.
      • They must also take responsibility for ensuring the safety of the area they are working in, such as when on the elevator.

      Please note: only qualified members and staff can operate the elevator and hoists.
