Member e-statements

Member statements on the club website are now a reality! Each month, you will receive a notification that your e-Statement is available online, in preparation for monthly settlement. 

If you received an email notification on Saturday, May 02 that your monthly statement was now available online, unfortunately the link to view your monthly statement had a bug, and therefore did not work. 

To access your member statement, please log-in to the club website, hover over "Home" and click "My Statement."

Please note:

+ There will be a 24-hour lag time when viewing your online statement.

+ The "balance forward" amount showing under May 2015 is correct, that is the amount owing. When you click on April 2015, you will be able to view the details of the charges. At this time, any charges put through on April 29th and 30th (ie. Membership dues, moorage fees, minimum quarterly) are not displayed. To correct this error, Accounting will re-send electronic statements to all members who receive e-Statements. 

+ If you have any difficulties accessing your member account/logging into the club website, please email the Front Office.
