  • Permanent position - Cook 
    Lunch time service Five days per week : Wednesday through Sunday, other shifts as required.

    • Pleasant working environment in a recently renovated commercial kitchen.

    • Skills:
      • Short order experience with a diverse menu.
      • Creativity and menu development
      • Catering experience
      • Ordering,  Inventory  and cost control
      • Ability to address members' requests and concerns in a respectful, professional manner
      • Assist the F&B Manager and GM as directed
    • Required:
      • Red Seal or  recognized school certification
      • Bright, out going hard working individual
      • Experience in working in an open kitchen environment
      • Multi tasking and able to adapt to changing requirements.
      • Can work unsupervised and achieve required tasks.
      • Food Safe
      • Own Transportation
    • Other Skills:
      • Basic First aid
      • Be knowledgeable in club programs to assist members and the public in their inquiries
