Hello To All of the WVYC Lady Members and Spouses! September will mark the beginning of our Second Year of WVYC WOW! (Women on Water!). This is a fun social get together to meet your fellow female boaters while enjoying a glass of wine or other beverage and nibbling on some of the finest Club appetizers. 
 
There is no better way to enhance your enjoyment of the Club and it’s Outstations than getting to know one and other and sharing boating experiences, stories and ideas. We had some very entertaining evenings last year and I am sure our upcoming Socials will be just as fun and informative!
 
In trying to accommodate everyone’s schedules, I have arranged to have some evening Socials as well as a few Luncheons, planning the Luncheons in the dark winter months when no one really wants to brave the weather to drive to the Club...
 
For our first WVYC WOW! come and share your most treasured boating experience over the summer, I’m sure there will be many entertaining stories to be told!
 
Of course you don’t have to be a boat owner to enjoy the Socials, just come and enjoy the camaraderie of the other women!
 
Our evening Socials start at 6:00 PM and there is always plenty of food to satisfy us over the dinner hour.  The Luncheons will start at 12:00 PM noon.  Be sure to register on the Club website or through the Front Office, and if you have any questions or suggestions don’t hesitate to send me an email at [email protected].
