Pub Night: Fri, Oct. 9

pub night

Interested in a winter get away? How does a sailing charter in the British Virgin Islands sound? Fellow members Winkers', Mears', Martz's and Harney's did just that this past winter and they will share the experience with you.

They sailed a 48 foot catamaran out of Road Town Tortola. Included in the stops were White Bay on Jost Van Dyke for a legendary "Pain Killer" and the Bitter End Yacht Club on Virgin Gorda with some high powered 10 knot sailing along the way.

Some great planning before hand, a well organized provisioning plan and Susan Harney's daily delegation of chores were key to a harmonious trip.

Plan to attend for a great pub dinner, wonderful photos from a "bucket list" cruising venue and all you need to know about where to charter, what to charter, what to take, where to go and how to get there. Whether you hope to do it one day, have done it and want to revisit the highlights or are a Center Bay arm chair cruiser don't miss it.
